WHY REPLACE YOUR WINDOWS
Most homeowners don’t replace windows because they want to — they replace them because something finally got annoying enough. Frost on the inside of the glass. A room nobody sits in during January. A sash that takes two hands and a shoulder. If any of that sounds like your house, new windows will change it.

THE MONARCH DIFFERENCE
Every Monarch window installation runs on the same standards, whether it’s one window or the whole house: proper licensing, certified crews, and honest guidance from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
Fully licensed and insured before a single window comes out of the wall. Ask us for the certificate and we'll hand it over.
The crew measuring, fitting, and installing your windows works for Monarch. Your project is never handed off to a subcontractor.
We'll tell you honestly which windows fit your home and budget — even when that's not the top-of-the-line option, and even when the answer is "these can wait a year."
Based in Wadsworth, serving 11+ counties. We know what a Northeast Ohio winter does to a north-facing wall.

WINDOW STYLES WE INSTALL
Different rooms ask for different windows. Here’s how the six most common styles actually behave once they’re in your house.
Two sashes that both slide, and both tilt inward so you can wash the outside of a second-story window while standing in your own bedroom. The Northeast Ohio standard, for good reason. It suits nearly every traditional home here, and it’s the safest choice when you’re replacing windows throughout the house.
Cranks outward on a hinge and pulls tight against the frame as it closes, which makes it the strongest performer on this list against wind and drafts. Ideal over a kitchen sink, or anywhere you’d have to lean across something to reach a slider. A smart choice on an exposed west-facing wall.
A fixed window that doesn’t open at all — no sash, no hardware, nothing that can wear out or leak. That buys you the largest possible expanse of glass for the opening. Best where you want light and a view rather than airflow: stairwells, a living room focal wall, above a door.
Projects out past the wall to add floor space, a window seat, or a deep sill for plants. A bay uses three panels set at sharper angles; a bow uses four or more for a gentler curve. Nothing else on this list changes the character of a room as much.
One sash glides horizontally past the other, so nothing swings into the room or out into a walkway. That makes it the practical answer for wide, short openings and for anywhere the yard comes right up to the house. Common in basements, over counters, and along patios.
EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS
Homeowners who replace their windows frequently find the same thing is true of the front door, or of the dark lower level they’ve stopped using. If you’re already planning a project, it’s worth knowing what else is possible while the crew is on site.

A new entry door is the single upgrade guests notice first. Patio doors open the back of the house to the yard and pull daylight deep into the room.

A basement bedroom legally needs an egress window. We handle the window, the well, and the cut — turning unused square footage into real living space.
Comfort Meets Curb Appeal
A quieter bedroom on the road side. A kitchen that finally gets the morning light. A living room where the seat by the window becomes the one everybody wants. New windows change the details you notice every day — and they reset how your home reads from the street.
Our window offering is built around ProVia, with select Pella, Andersen, and Marvin lines available when a project calls for a specific design direction or a non-standard size.
WHAT HOMEOWNERS SAY
Simple by Design
Replacing windows shouldn’t feel like a mystery. Here’s exactly how a Monarch window project runs, from the first visit to the last piece of debris hauled away.
We walk your home, look at every opening you're considering, and talk through what's actually bothering you — drafts, condensation between the panes, sashes that stick, road noise. You get honest options and a clear price.
Every opening is measured individually, because in an older home no two are the same. Then we match style, frame material, and glass package — Low-E coating, argon fill, grid pattern — to your home and to Northeast Ohio weather.
Our certified crews pull the old units, set and level each new window, insulate and seal the opening properly, and finish the interior trim and exterior capping. Old windows and debris leave with us.
We open and close every window with you, check operation and seal, and back the work with manufacturer and workmanship warranties — so you're covered long after install day.
