- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The service you are interested in (windows, doors, egress and exit, or other)
- Any details you choose to include in your message, which may include your property address, project scope, timeline, or budget
- Your consent choices, including whether you agreed to receive marketing text messages
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and general location derived from it (such as city and state)
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size
- Pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and the page that referred you to us
- A randomly generated session identifier stored in a cookie, used to connect your form submission to the pages you viewed before it
- Your time zone
See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies and tracking technologies in use.
2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website. Please do not include that kind of information in a form message. Financing applications, when applicable, are handled by third-party lenders under their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a free consultation
- To prepare estimates and proposals, and to plan and perform installation work
- To communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your project, appointments, and service
- To send marketing and promotional messages, where you have given the consent that applies to that channel
- To maintain records in our customer relationship management system
- To measure which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, so we can improve the site
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims
4. Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you provide your phone number and give the applicable consent, we may contact you by phone call and by text message.
- Marketing messages. We send marketing or promotional text messages only to people who have separately opted in to receive them by checking the marketing consent box on our forms. That box is never checked by default. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
- Operational messages. If you request a consultation or become a customer, we may send transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, installer arrival windows, and service follow-ups. These relate to work you asked us to do.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than 4 to 8 messages per month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (330) 278-8889 or Support@Monarch-Windows.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold or rented.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that run parts of our operation on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose. These currently include our website host, our customer relationship management and messaging platform, our form software, our email provider, and our website analytics and performance tools.
- Installation and supply partners. Manufacturers, suppliers, and installation crews who need your name, address, and project details to measure, order, deliver, or install your product.
- Professional advisors. Our accountants, insurers, and attorneys, where reasonably needed.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. If Monarch is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your session, understand how the site is used, and connect inquiries to the marketing that produced them. Our Cookie Policy describes each category and how to control them. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty, tax, and accounting requirements. Because our products carry long-term warranties, customer project records are generally retained for the life of the warranty plus any applicable statutory period. Inquiries that do not become projects are generally retained for up to 3 years. Consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
- Phone. Ask us to place you on our internal do-not-call list.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable period and will verify your identity before acting.
- State privacy rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to appeal a denied request. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
To exercise any of these, email Support@Monarch-Windows.com or call (330) 278-8889.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites
Our site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as video hosting or manufacturer websites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
